ORAY MAKINA SANAYI INSAAT ve MUHENDISLIK TIC.LTD.STI Was established in 1997 as continuation of the company ORMAK TIC. ve SAN.LTD.STI, which was established in 1968 and located until 2007 april in Tuzla / Istanbul. After April 2007 our new plant is located in Gebze / KOCAELI.

Our field of business activity is for cement, rubber, steel, copper and especially aluminium industries. We are working in the field of design, production and machinining and we are installing turnkey-complete plants for aluminium billet and aluminium profile production. With our production equipments, machines, experience and our qualified stuff we are ready for your requests. Expect our main working activities, we are producing special machines, and equipments according to your requests.

We are manufacturing PLC controlled Aluminium Extrusion Presses between capacities of 400 and 2000 tons, profile handling-cutting, stowing equipments and single-double pullers. Furthermore, Jobs like re-production, re-design and repairing of the equipments for extrusion presses is applicable. (Containers, run-out and leadout tables, bolsters, dummy blocks, etc.)

We are manufacturing according to your request, Melting and Holding Furnaces, scrap charging machines, scrap bailing presses, flue-gas filtration systems, Hot-top DC Vertical casting machines, automatic billet cutting machines, and conveyor systems for ingot casting. .
